BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 4900 block of Adams Road, being off the east line of Adams Road at Marsh Lane (private). Part of the Houston Hixson Tract No. 5, not recorded; being part of the property described in deed book 1987, page 646, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the southwest line of Marsh Lane (a 25 foot wide private drive) some 552.7 feet southeast of the intersection of the southwest line of Marsh Lane with the east line of Adams Road, thence southeast 150 feet with Marsh Lane, thence southwest 150 feet, thence northwest 150 feet, thence northeast 150 feet to the southwest line of Marsh Lane, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 100O-F-3 (part). from M-2 Light Industrial Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. The subject tract shall be subject to use as a beauty shop and/or residence only. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
